Here is a simple recipe for cooking salmon in the oven:
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet (by number of servings)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of fresh crushed rosemary (or other herbs to your taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for serving (optional)
Greens for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, rosemary, salt and pepper. This will be your marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the salmon fillet with marinade on both sides, using a cooking brush or spoon.
Place the salmon pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and easily separated with a fork.
